 . Throughout the film Arthur\, the freshly hired speech writer for the Fre
 nch Minister of foreign affairs Alexandre Taillard de Worms\, is consisten
 tly hurled through a sea of endless rewrites and bureaucratic minutia\, al
 l the while\, balancing the verbose personalities of the diplomats he is f
 orced to work with.\n Despite its intimate relation to French Culture and
