 21\n\n\n\nBio of our panelist:\n \n\n\n 	Ramin Jahanbegloo (Philosopher\,
  Director - Mahatma Gandhi Centre for Peace) He is a political philosopher
 . He is presently the Executive Director of the Mahatma Gandhi Centre for 
 Nonviolence and Peace Studies and the Vice-Dean of the School of Law at Ji
 ndal Global University- Delhi-India. He received his B.A. and M.A. in Phil
 osophy\, History\, and Political Science and later his Ph.D. in Philosophy
  from the Sorbonne University. In 1993 he taught at the Academy of Philoso
 phy in Tehran. He has been a researcher at the French Institute for Irania
 n Studies and a fellow at the Center for Middle Eastern Studies at Harvard
  University.  He is also a member of the advisory board of PEN Canada. H
 e is the winner of the Peace Prize from the United Nations Association in 
 Spain (2009) for his extensive academic works in promoting dialogue betwee
 n cultures and his advocacy for non-violence and more recently the winner 
 of the Joseph Palau i Fabre International Essay Prize. Ramin Jahanbegloo i
 s also the founder of a peace movement called Students for Peace\, which h
 as active members in India\, Canada\, and Colombia.\n\n \n\n\n 	Dr. Bindu
  Puri (Chairperson – Centre for Philosophy\, JNU)  Bindu Puri\, the e
 nigmatic &amp\; multi-faceted Professor and Chairperson in the center for 
 Philosophy at the School of Social Sciences\, Jawaharlal Nehru University\
 , New Delhi. Her main interests in philosophy are in the areas of politica
 l philosophy\, moral philosophy\, and contemporary Indian philosophy. She 
 loves to cook and to entertain in her old-world home in the heart of the g
 reen campus of JNU. She has written 8 books lectured all over the world an
 d is the happiest in the cozy comfort of her home!\n\n \n\n\n 	Dr. Pooja 
 Tyagi Sharma (Economist\, Professor at Delhi University)  is an alumnus 
 of Miranda House\, University of Delhi\, and completed her Masters in Econ
 omics from Delhi School of Economics in 1999. She has more than twenty yea
 rs of experience teaching and research. Her Mphil and Ph.D. is from Jawaha
 rlal Nehru University (JNU). Her thesis titled: “Role of renewables in E
 nergy transitions: A Comparative Study of India and Norway”\, is from th
 e Energy studies program\, School of International Studies Jawaharlal Nehr
 u University at Delhi India. She has been a Ph.D. Research Fellow Full Sch
 olarship (exchange student program) to the University of Agder\, Norway\, 
 School of Business and Law\, Norway. She has contributed three crucial res
 earch papers to the 13th Conference on Sustainable Development of Energy\,
  Water and Environment Systems – SDEWES\, 30th September – 4th Octobe
 r 2018\, receiving the funding from Indian Council of Social Science Resea
 rch (ICSSR). She secured a full scholarship for the Educator Programme and
  ASEAN Investment Law Specialisation from ASEAN Law Academy Conference\, C
 IS\, Singapore\, 2 – 25 February 2021. \n\n&nbsp\;\nProgram open to all
