 mmerce company is advantageous\n\nResponsibilities and Duties:\n\n 	Make p
 urchase of goods after order reception: Research\, find and select the rig
 ht marketplaces to buy products as per order details receive\n\n\n 	Always
  look for the most cost-effective solution to buy (price\, lead-time)\n\n\
 n 	Manage and track orders and returned products\n\n\n 	Manage communicati
 on channels to follow up our supplier’s queries regarding listed product
 s by collaborating closely with various internal departments\n\n\n 	Answer
 s inquiries by clarifying desired information\; researching\, locating\, a
 nd providing information\n\n\n 	Follow up to ensure that appropriate actio
 ns were taken on customers’ requests.\n\n\n 	Refer unresolved customer g
 rievances or special requests to designated departments for further invest
