 n\nAbout Mr. Jean-Claude Perrier\nBorn in 1957\, Mr. Jean-Claude Perrier h
 as devoted many of his books to India and the Indo-French literary connect
 ion. As a literary critic and journalist\, he is writing extensively for t
 he literary press He is considered as one of the most important French tra
 velogue writers.\nAfter having been the literary director of the first edi
 tion of Bonjour India in 2009\, Mr. Perrier has been invited on the occasi
 on of the Kolkata International Book Fair (February 2018)\, with France as
  the guest of honor\, along with ten other French writers and publishers.\
 nHis last book\, published in 2017\, is reflecting the deep admiration Mr.
  Perrier is nourishing for André Gide as well as a playful literary minds
 et\, while writing on the behalf of the 1947 Nobel awarded French novelist
  the Indian sequel of his masterpiece\, entitling it Indian Paludes.\nAbou
 t Dr. Balveer Aroora\nProfessor Balveer Arora is the Chairman and Founder 
 of the Centre for Multilevel Federalism at the Institute of Social Science
 s\, a federalism think tank based in New Delhi. The Centre is a member of 
 the International Association of Centres for Federal Studies (IACFS). He w
 as earlier professor of Political Science at the Jawaharlal Nehru Unive
 rsity in Delhi. He was Rector and Pro- Vice Chancellor of the University 
 2003-2005\, responsible for Academic Affairs. He is currently President of
  the Board of Water for People India.\n\nProfessor Arora obtained his D
 octorate in Political Science from the University of Paris Pantheon-Sorbon
 ne\, after studying at St Stephen's College Delhi and at Sciences Po Par
 is. He has been visiting professor at Sciences Po Paris\, as well as at
  universities in Japan (Waseda)\, China (CNU) and the US (U Penn). He is 
 a former president of the Alliance Française de Delhi and Founder-Presid
 ent of the\n\nAssociation of SciencesPo Alumni in India. He was for nine y
 ears a member of the Board of the global NGO Plan International India. He 
 has written extensively on India’s federal democracy\, its political ins
 titutions and processes over the past decades.\n\nHe has been a member of 
 the Scientific Councils of the French Network of Institutes of Advanced St
 udies (RFIEA) and the House of Human Sciences (FMSH)\, Paris. He is curren
 tly Vice-President of the Institut International Transcultura (Paris) of w
 hich Umberto Eco was the moving spirit. He is on the Scientific Advisory C
 ouncil of the Journal ‘Communications’ (Paris) and has delivered lectu
 res in several prominent French universities.\n\nHe was made a Knight in t
 he Legion of Honour\, the highest civilian honour of the French Republic\,
  in July 2011. Earlier\, he had been received as Officer in the Order of A
