The 65th Festival de Cannes will open on May 16th. This is the occasion to remember some of the brilliant works and artists that have been awarded by this institution of the cinematographic art, maybe the most internationally recognized. Indeed the Festival de Cannes is a very special moment, which crystallized all the tensions and expectations of the world of cinema. Known for its scandals and controversies, for its luxury and glamour, it is also the place where a film director can emerge or be definitely acclaimed by its profession. In any case, the Festival de Cannes is the most exciting period of the year to celebrate cinema in the world.
