Directed by Peter Korday, the 2025 French feature explores themes of memory, fate, grief, and redemption through a poetic and introspective narrative. Inspired by Albert Einstein’s idea that time is an illusion, the film follows Rebecca, a ceramic artist suspended between life and death after a car accident in a Paris hospital. As she drifts in and out of consciousness, she revisits painful memories, imagined futures, and unresolved emotions, guided by the enigmatic Witch of the East Wind — a manifestation of her inner voice. Through layered storytelling and dreamlike imagery, the film invites audiences to reflect on choices, forgiveness, and the fragile nature of time.
