You will work closely with the company’s French team based in Lyon, France, to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective purchasing.

Key Responsibilities
Research and source products from French websites, online retailers, and marketplaces.
Verify product descriptions, specifications, references, availability, and seller reliability.
Compare product prices, shipping costs, and delivery times to identify the best purchasing options.
Process online purchases accurately and within required deadlines.
Track orders and follow up on delayed, cancelled, or returned purchases.
Handle product availability issues, replacements, refunds, and order discrepancies.
Coordinate with the French team in Lyon and provide timely updates on purchasing requests.
Identify alternative products and sellers when required items are unavailable.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and contribute to improving sourcing efficiency.
Candidate Profile
Essential requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
French language proficiency at B2–C1 level.
Good understanding of e-commerce websites and online marketplaces.
Strong internet research, analytical, and price-comparison skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Good time-management and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to manage multiple orders and work collaboratively with an international team.
Preferred qualifications:
At least one year of relevant professional experience.
Experience in e-commerce, online purchasing, product sourcing, procurement, or marketplace operations.
Familiarity with French online retailers and e-commerce platforms.
