La mère Noël
Written by Geneviève Brisac and Alice Butaud.
As the name suggests, this book is about Mrs. Santa Claus. Somewhere in this world, there is a little girl named Violette who wish to know about Mrs. Claus as well. However, she does not get any answer from her teacher, her puppets or her mother but she is determined to discover the mystery herself.

This theatre book is intended for children aged 6-12 years who are francophone, but it can also be enjoyed by all adult learners of French.
Veiller sur elle

One of the best-selling book that not only received the Prix Goncourt in 2023 but the Prix du roman Fnac and the Grand Prix des Lectrices de Elle, as well. Moreover, the book has been translated into around 34 languages.
The charm of the book is that the reader gets immersed into the story of two inseparable people who might not have a destiny together. Diverse families, different cultures yet some kind of similarity and fondness exists.
A must read to know the result of this deep affection between a poor sculpture and the daughter of a prestigious family.
