Apply for AFD Student ID Card (Autumn 2024)

Apply for Student / Library Card (Autumn 2024 Session). It will be printed and provided from 17th Sept 2024.

Process  for applying for Student/ Library Card:

  • Please ensure you have upload your your photograph and Govt. ID (both identity and address proof) on your account in student kiosk https://afdelhi-lodhi.extranet-aec.com/students/login#/
  • Please visit AFD IT Department and obtain your Student/Library Card.
  • After receiving Student/Library Card, please visit library with your Student/ Library Card, fill in library form which library team will provide (no physical photo or document needed as it is already uploaded to your student kiosk) and enable your library membership.

Note: –

1> Student/Library ID Card will be printed and provided from 17th Sept 2024. 

2>Your passport size photo should  be according to given document specification. Though not strictly enforce,  please ensure your photo has easy identifiable front facing face 

3> Please ensure you have upload ID document and passport size photo on your student kiosk. Then you can visit AFD IT room, inform them about your student card and pick same with 5 minutes wait time (if no one is in queue).

4>Please check and verify you have upload correct profile photo , your name and address proof in Student Portal.

5>First Student/Library  ID card is free of charge. Any request for reprint of student id (with correction or changes) will be charge RS 200/- fine.
