Synopsis:
The story takes place at Mandi House, a modest cultural hub in Mumbai, where a small theatre troupe is preparing to stage “Lanka Dahan” At its core, this narrative explores the lives behind the curtain—the personal and professional struggles of these passionate theatre artists. They face financial hardship, emotional turmoil, and societal indifference, pouring their hearts into their craft in the hope of transforming their dreams into reality. This narrative serves as a tribute to the countless unsung heroes of Indian theatre—those who arrive in Mumbai with passion in their hearts, endure rejection and hardship, yet continue to persevere with unwavering resilience and love for their art.
