World Alzheimer’s Day Film Screening “Life Flow on” & Discussion in association with Samvedna Senior Care
Recent estimates show there are over 8.8 million people living with dementia in India, yet only 10% receive a diagnosis or any professional support due to low awareness and stigma.
On the occasion on World Alzheimer’s Day, 21st September, 2024, we invite you to a special screening of English feature film “Life Flows On” ( a dedicated film the Global Dementia challenge) followed by a panel discussion about care giving for dementia in association with Samvedna Senior Care, an organization dedicated to creating awareness and providing services for people with dementia and supporting their families.

The film “Life flows On,” is written and directed by Mr. Vishaal Nityanand, featuring an Indian-European cast and crew – British Actress Allegra Dun, the late Padma Shri Tom Alter, Norwegian Actress Astri Ghosh, French Actor Michael, and legendary theatre personalities Satyabrat Rawat and Gajendra Verma . The film is edited by five-time National Award winner Mr. B. Lenin, with music by Mr. Pete Wildman and contributions from American Writer/Filmmaker/Lecturer Mr. David Shenk.
