Alliance Française de Delhi is a leading cultural and educational institution dedicated to promoting French language and culture in India. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior HR Coordinator to support our HR operations and ensure smooth recruitment and management processes.
Position: JUNIOR HR COORDINATOR
Eligibility and Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources Management from a recognized institution with minimum of 2 years of experience in a reputed institution, with direct experience in HR recruitment and management. Should have strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HR recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Assist in the coordination of employee onboarding and training programs.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with various departments to address HR-related needs and issues.
Important details:
Part-time: 20 hours a week
