JUNIOR HR COORDINATOR

Alliance Française de Delhi is hiring for Junior HR Coordinator – AFD, Lodi Centre ( 72 Lodi Estate, KK Birla Lane, New Delhi).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position – Junior HR Coordinator

Reporting to: Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Assist in the coordination of employee on boarding and training programs.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address HR-related needs and issues.

Key Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources Management from a recognized institution with minimum of 2 years of experience in a reputed institution.
  • Experience in HR recruitment and management.
  • Should have strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Must be fluent in English

Job Details:

  • This position will be full-time, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ( 5 days working)
  • Duration – 6 months.
  • Salary – Rs. 40,000.00 per month (with bonus and perks extra)
