ADI Théâtre

Previously ‘Théâtre de Poche’ (founded in 1981), Adi Théâtre has come a long way to be recognized today as a troupe of amateurs with a highly professional approach. A rare breed of people with their passion for stagecraft excels in presenting shows that portray quality artistic research work. And this, by training fresh people each time from all walks of life. Led by S. Somasundaram, a French professor at AFD, ADI has been producing plays in various languages and showing in various Indian cities. All those who qualify after the training get the chance to go on stage in various roles of renowned plays (in French, Hindi, and Hindi versions of French plays), which gives one and all an unequalled and unforgettable theatre experience.
