Important Instruction for Students:
- You can check the room nos. of your classes from the AFD notice board once you enter the premises.
- Class Type OL – Online, F2F – Face to Face.
- Certain Classes ending with (LFD) like 111(LFD) etc. will be held at LFD, Lycee Francais de Delhi, 2, APJ Abdul Kalam Road, near Claridges hotel (5-7 mins from Alliance Francaise de Delhi). Certain Classes having (TDV) like TDV01 etc. will be held at The Design Village, C-29 & 75, C Block, Sector 8, Noida, Uttar Pradesh .All other classes are held on our main campus Lodi Estate Campus.
- The students are required to carry their class fee receipt to attend the class for two weeks until they obtain their AFD student ID card.
- The link to attend ONLINE classes will be sent through mail at the registered email address before your class timings. Please keep your webcam on in the online class to register your presence in the class.
- You can avail Printing facility at Front Desk and photocopy on the first floor of the AFD premises.
- A minimum of 50% marks and 75% attendance are perquisites for passing your exam.

Student Enrolment and Management Platform (Student Portal):
You may follow the link https://afdelhi-lodhi.extranet-aec.com/students/login#/ to operate your student account, where you can access your payment receipt, session result, Classes, Attendance, and the certificate issued on successful completion of the term. Kindly use your registered email ID to log in and click on ‘get your password’ to generate a password (if forgotten).
Learning Platforms (Apolearn Portal / Mon Alliance Portal):
Please be informed the class-related information will be provided a day before the class commencement date. There will be a Zoom link for an online class shared by your teacher on your registered email ID or the platform Mon Alliance ( https://afinde.apolearn.com/ ). The “Mon Alliance” is a specific learning platform of Alliance Française de Delhi where the professor will regularly share assignments with their students. You can also install the “Apolearn” application on your mobile via the Google Play Store. On the first time run of the Apolearn mobile Application please use afinde.apolearn.com as the preferred site to connect to the mobile application.

Course Material:
For any study material-related request you may contact – Goyal Publishers. They run the bookstore in Alliance Française premises and also provide study materials/books via courier service. The books are available in both online (digital books) and offline form (physical books). You may call them at 8076895595 during working hours.
Library:
You can apply for membership in the physical library located on the AFD premises or Culturethèque which is the digital library. Library Membership is free for current students and you have to directly contact the library for membership.

AFD Student Identity Card
Student ID cards will be printed from 15th September 2024. Please ensure you have uploaded your passport-size photo on your student profile on the student portal. Also, ensure your government-recognized ID is also uploaded on the portal. You can then come to the AFD IT Room for your ID card. Until then, you can show your hard copy class invoice to attend the class.
